I'm thinking about adding a new "diff" tab or 'diff mode' in the 'exclusion list' dialog that outlines the differences between the two current tabs. What do you think - would that cover it?

I don't think the place for that is the exclusions list. When I update the model, I want to see the update actions before they are being executed and select those I don't want to apply. Also, a graphic view of the update actions will be much more understandable than the output window. In the exclusions list, tables and views should be separated. I use only the tables nut not the views. Currently I unchecked the first checkbox int the compare options window, but then I can miss a new table.
Thanks

Ok, tables and views are separated in: - the update/compare options dialog - the 'new tables/views' dialog - the exclusions list dialog ...as of version 1.60 (to be released next week).
I agreee that a graphic view of differences would be nice, I will keep it in mind for a future version.
Best regards, Kristofer
