This is really icing, but it would be nice regardless and save a few clicks...
...when CheckForNewVersion=True and NewUpdateExists=True, then the tool should prompt for the user to Skip OR DownloadAndInstall OR DownloadOnly...
...but that is not a vital feature, just a nice-to-have.
