...add a menu item for "DBML/EDMX Tools Settings"...
...which just brings up the list of persistable settings for the tool...
...to allow one to change settings without having to launch the whole refresh process or similar...
...this would, of course, be within the "Tools" menu, as noted here...

...this is a low-priority, fluff, change, but in it might add a 2% increase in usability, etc...
...just an idea and note that it is GEFN as-is...
